2D1N@TG Pinang

Sat morning took the 1020 ferry to Tg Pinang and started our weekend getaway. Haha, 天不作美, cos it was raining when we reached the ferry terminal at Tg Pinang. Our initial plans of walking ard and lunching in the pasar was changed to lunching in the hotel. I used my jacket to 挡雨and it got dirty, which means i no jacket to wear for the night.

penguin ferry is not very good compared to wavemaster, we nearly had no seats and we got seperated :(

After arranging our vehicle, we had a quick lunch at the hotel rest and then head to the onli shopping complex Ramayana. I am excited abt gg there cos can buy a lot of cheap stuffs, and mostly imptly my shampoo, shower foam etc... Hahaha... I feel tat i never buy enuf but my strength and $$ not enuf lolx. We bought some beer and snacks back to hotel cos we expecting a long nite! Hahaha... The beer is really cheap! abt SGD1 per can.

After coming back from ramayana, which i spend like 200,000rp on toiletries? hahah we rested a while b4 gg to melayu sq for dinner! Still raining but cannot stop us from gg there and trying to find a shelter place to dine. There are not much customers there as compared to last time me and lun went. Maybe becos of their National Day rehearsal at the stage there and also the rain. However we got ourselves a tent in the middle of the sq and sat down to makan. YY and me went to order the teh-tarik which is quite nice but the ordering part make me very shag cos i cannot understand melayu. I can only say : "Teh-Tarik lima" then the person say a lot of things i dun understand. Hahaha, can only 比手画脚.

Our second fried chicken lunch!

After lunch we went to bintan mall wanting to cut hair and wash hair but the shop is closed! Haha in the end we went for foot reflexlogy! Onli siyun and me did not try. It was quite cheap less than SGD10 for 1 hr session. The place got a nice ambience and is very relaxing. YY, lun and jr enjoyed the 按摩 while siyun and me napped at the comfortable sofa. After that we went to board our ferry back to SGP.

On the way back from TMFT, we were discussing to have kopi @ 302 after yy tuition. Of cos we wun mind cos we stay so near 302. Then out of a sudden siyun said : "WHY NOT?". Okie that "WHY NOT?" is like a dare to us! haha so we took up the challenge and decided to meet at 1030pm @ 302. Hahaha.

The real aftermath of the trip is, lun, siyun and me got sick on Mon! Which make me miss sch on tues! Sian... Maybe is the rain, or the food??? Why YY eat so much nv get sick de? Not fair!!! CBK 就是 CBK!!!

Tg Pinang Trip and Badminton Session Info

TG PINANG TRIP

The trip to Tg Pinang has been confirmed. We will be leaving for TP on 23th Aug morning and back on 24th Aug late noon. Ferry Tickets and hotel are all confirmed. Weilun will be driving and we will share cost for the overnight parking at TMFT.

Ferry Details:

1020(SG time) 23th Aug From Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal to Tg Pinang Ferry Terminal

1400(INDO time) 24th Aug From Tg Pinang Ferry Terminal to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal

Ferry will take 105mins, estimated. Indo time is +7GMT, one hour behind SG. Our target reaching time at TMFT is 0930 on Sat.

Hotel Details:

We will be staying at Pelangi Hotel and Resort in TP. 2 Rooms were booked for 5 of us. I booked it through email, they are quite efficient. Transport will be provided from Ferry terminal to hotel.

The currency xchange rate is currently ard 1SGD to 6500IDR.

BADMINTON SESSION @ NTU

Next Thursday 28th Aug i've arranged a badminton session. It will be at SRC, NTU. Coming de will be TW, Don, ZY me and probably 大导演. 4 session were booked, from 1100 to 1400. Court 4, so see u all there!

Hmm Stress Level gg up!

Yest went coffee session with WOW gang at Cck Mac. Zy mentioned that he took a survey abt stress level and his is 6 while average ppl is 24. Lol... I wonder how much is mine??? Zy shd be quite stress ba, with his FYP gg on, and his upper study so ON, Sat also do FYP. I begin to worry about mine.

Now week 3 liao, still not much mood into studies... Sux man. FYP i met my prof liao, i noe what is all going on but i dunno how to start. I am doing infrasound sensor measurement, but the sensor still not in the lab yet. Hai~ what i can do is only to study more about the sensor and more about infrasound.

Last week totally no mood to do FYP loh. Bcos of the stupid HRM. Anyhow throw one thing to us give us 3 days to interview some snr managers to get data. If no contact, how to possibly do tat? Zy, me and my grp mate went to JP and walk into shops like SK, Taka, Citigems, Courts and requested for help but noone wanna hiu us. Cannot blame them also, if i were them i also 采你个傻. Luckily Marcus was willing to help us answering those questions. Such a big relief loh. HRM is driving every EEE student crazy i think. Sat ask bear (now known as 阿痒[hokkien]) play mj he also say no mood. Hahah... Our proj grp met up on sun loh at amk hub to discuss on the ppt slides. I am lucky to have zy in the same grp as me! haha. Michael is Heng, Heng is not Michael!!!

Telecomm is not easy loh, 大导演 u need to reconsider liao. The modules requires strong mathematics and communication background esp EE4153 - Telecommunication. All the fourier, complex, exp all will come back. Haha... I max cui now, struggling to follow. Today was attending design module optical communication with Zy and i told him : " i dunno wat he toking abt for the last 2 hrs". Then he replied: "i also!" Then both of is laughed. Hahaha...

Now is damn sian loh, try to take it easy but i can't. Sat gg to Bintan to unwind. Really hope i can take things easily, 既来之，则安之...

2nd Genting and KL Trip 2008

My second trip to Genting and KL this year. This time rnd is with diff ppl. Haah... We nv gamble much! Cos bear and Zy like not interested like tat. What we did is to relax, shop and eat! We ate a lot i think... And of cos i slept a lot also.... See Pictures better lah...
