Quanyou*Derrick aka {Blackgold}: January 2010

This is a back date post. The last weekend of my Taiwan training trip i went to Taipei again... The main purpose is to meet frens and buy camera. Also Tainan is too far liao, travel to Tainan by 台鐵 needs 4 hrs and by 高鐵 need 2 hrs. Then again need to travel to 墾丁 need another 3 hrs by bus!

This time i go to Taipei after my work on FRI! I also went alone! hahaha so i took 高鐵. 新竹高鐵站 is an award winning station for its design so i decided to go see see!

this station is not tat busy normally but is a fri nite so a lot of ppl gg back home or gg out to play!

its really nice at nite!

last min buy tix is shag! but there is a trick to it! can book via phone then go collect it! hahahaha so i called them at the station!

my train to taipei

The first thing i reached Taipei is to go Starbucks! cos that very day got new cups and got discount 15% and also got new shop! Then i went to check in at my motel @ 西門町，yes i walked from 台北車站 to 西門町 cos is not really far lah, like walking from my house to my ZY hse like tat but on the way a lot of thing to see so ok. During lunch time i heard from news that a new shopping mall opens today so i quick hand quick leg put my stuffs and go to the mall!

After the quick tour of 中正紀念堂 i met Zig and his GF at the station and we are gg to 烏來. After 烏來 we went to 相機街 to look for my camera and also Zig wanted to buy a electronic translator and his GF wanna buy an external HDD.

we had lunch at some 原住民餐廳, bamboo stick rice!

overnight! Mabe 6-7k NTD

zig recommend one, mus try is really 真他媽的好吃...

due to the early dinner, this is my 2nd round of dinner back at motel, this set cost 7 bucks SGD

After dinner, i went clubbing at Room 18 with my frens from SG, they came here for holiday! Haah. Clubbing is much happening there i think though i seldom club in SG also. After clubbing is KTV time at 錢櫃 is exp lo! Esp on a Sat late nite! 40 bucks per pax!

The next day breakfast at another Cafe! Visiting and trying new cafe is my hobby in Taiwan! This time is Ikari Coffee!
